I would never think that a woman "deserves" to be raped just because she dresses skimpily. That said, however, a woman must ALWAYS be aware that her behavior will always be [mis]understood especially by horny and deprived perverts out there, and she should therefore be prudent in the way she dresses. There's always a limit to how the attention from men can last, and how that attention could unfortunately transform into animalistic behavior in men.
