Another day, another match that nobody gives a rats behind about. No amount of marketing will make up for the gulf in quality. No amount of shameless promotion will have an impact on the already contrived and embarrassing state of affairs Singapore football is in. Wake up already. Many already have, why don't you?

Look at the FAS website on national team............ their last updated main story was Wednesday, December 10, 2008. Pathetic..............

I hope after this Sunday Chelsea vs Manchester United, the local papers, like Today, Newpaper and Straits Times will start to hype up the game for next Saturday. There would be no EPL next weekend, only international play-off (which starts at 3-4am local time).

I hope the local papers will cover more of their own team than some play off countries
