We have a similar situation. Few days after the exitement of having the keys, we have found out about this situation. There's a red paint splattered on our newly bought house door. We actually asked the previous owner's agent about this before we settled to buy the house and he said there's no such thing. We have reported so many times to the police, to ICA to HDB- and I guess the answers are the same- they cant do anything about it. so what about us?? we have installed an expensive camera(expensive because there's no cheap CCTV around) but still they can get on with it. Our last option is to talk to an MP,but im not sure of the answer. We're losing money but we need a quick action. How could we help each other.

I can understand your frustration. I install CCTV cameras and I have encountered customers who get the run-around with HDB, Town Council and the Police when they wanted to install the CCTV Cameras.
