i think Alicia's view on public transport is not whole enough. yes, using public transport is one thing. but being considerate for others and not being a nuisance/annoyance to others is also part of our social responsibility for using public transport.
Alicia
This is ridiculous. We're complaining about consoles/handphones/headsets in the trains now? C'mon! When will this stop? Should we next ban children and infants from trains? I mean, they make noise too! How about adults having a conversation? That's noise-making as well! Since "EVERYONE would like to sit in a quiet train in the morning". There's a reason why it's called "Public Transport". Perhaps a little less angry outbursts and a little more understanding would be more appropriate?

for passengers who hate loud music or ringtones, use ear mufflers. for those who enjoy loud music or ringtones, prepare to lose your sense of hearing.
