I have my fair share with bad Singtel service.
1) They terminated my Home line instead of porting it to Starhub.
2) They transfer account to my corporate line when it is not even approve and charge it to my Credit card.
3) Lastly, they mistakenly charged me $414 as they made an error on my subscription plan.
Their service is going from bad to worst.

wow! that thief was wicked and cheap! the owner should have been more careful with her mobile phone. and if lost, to immediately contact the service provider to deactivate her SIM card prompto, to prevent misuse and abuse.

You have to be responsible for being careless. However, Singtel should assist to nail down the culprit by contacting the overseas partner to identify the identity of the culprit. In doing so, it should send a chill down those wanting to prey on other misfortunes.
