How will this policy affect family bonding opportunities? If I want my kids and my husband to visit my parents often, and for us to take care of them, how are we to do so often? Yes, we can take public transport, but since my parents cannot walk well, what then?

If everyone is allowed to purchase season parking for cars not registered under the residents' name, those popular carparks will be full and the residents will have no place to park their cars. Monthly season parking should sold to non-residents when it is still available at the end of the month.
