Me too....received a bill charged about S$400 + 20% surcharge from another telecommunication service provider in July 2009. In future, must check in detail of transactions bill on monthly billing to avoid such incident happened.

Hahahah.... I hope we all learn a lesson from these incidents: Never use post-paid.

Prepaid card is good for old people who only use to make short calls or people hardly use their phone. When the phone is lost, you at most lost the amount in the prepared card. You need to top up the minimun amount once every six months.
