There is a service that plies the very Ulu Part of West Singapore ; between Bt Panjang Interchange and Lim Chu Kang, quite notorious for not keeping to schedule.

Their HQ's convenient common reply to this complaint is 'traffic jam'

We are paying commuters so we have a right to expect reliable and reasonable services from the public transport companies. Surely asking them to be on schedule isn't too much?

WOW! Here we are again! trying very hard to understand why the services of the bus companies is not up to the commuters needs. Give it a rest guys! Really! Nothing will happen. You must understand that they are operating for profit. The bus companies need to answer to their shareholders. They are not some non-profit organisation that run bus services for your needs. We can go into details discussions till the cow come home! But the bus services will remain as what you are getting today. And for the next day. And the day after that.
