Dear Helen, with all due respect, spare us the rhetoric. Thanks for letting us know that your rates are reviewed quarterly and "adjusted where necessary", without actually telling us what neccessitates a rate adjustment and what kind of tangible parameters are tested, testing means used, in support of any "necessary adjustment". Furthermore, you have not considered the idea of removing ERP altogether from the non-congested road to verify if traffic conditions will worsen significantly as a result. All in all, thanks for nothing.
