I thought Singtel did enough to slash your football channel bills or have you forgot. BTW I don't subscribed to any cable TV. Where in the world has such policy as unable to terminate the line. You terminate by paying the rest of the account or take out the SIM card. Don't ask for expensive solution when a simple action is enough.

This may not go down well with some people but such incident also highlighted the carelessness of the phone owner. Looking at it positively, this is a good learning although expensive experience. Nevertheless, Singtel should also improve on their customer service. I'm a Singtel customer but I have bad (but fortunately not so expensive) experience with Singtel customer services.

Did not close the main door? u got a choice, install 2nd door.... I believe the case here is SingTel.. a BIG ORGAINISATION which pride themselves as customer oriented especially the millions they spent on advertisement on their services. A Big organisation but with little heart.... Big contribution to shareholder but small in understanding its customer, Big Spender in Marketing/Advertisement but a miser to fellow Singaporean (PR/WP/reside in Spore) like the writer.. He clearly signed the phone for his late father and as written, he was not able to terminate the line... this is not for CASE to comment, but SingTel practise need to be changed.. so heartless....
