Did HDB pegits prices to market rates of private housing/estates? Don't be a fool.

HDB has already long ago lost its original focus on offering affordable housing to Singaporeans, when it started to peg its flat prices to market rates of private housing/estates. and yet, it still can claim that it has been making losses over the years. either its management has been severely incompetent, or they really think Singaporeans are fools.
