Tabitha sure is poor in making comparisons. Tabitha, if you can't afford a condo in HK, don't buy one. live in public housing, instead. and DON'T compare your private housing prices with our public housing ones. they are just not the same. this is obviously a case of someone trying to "hao-lian" her wealth, and yet trying to mislead the readers at the same time that Singapore's public housing IS affordable. my foot!

comparing apples and oranges. Interesting to see only 4 replies so far. Don't think anyone really takes this lady's articles seriously anymore.

Why even compare private condominiums from another country with the public housing found here?
Maybe you should change the title to "Think your condo's expensive?" And remember to compare the Ion Residences' $4000/sq ft price.
