After reading many recent feedbacks about problems at the checkpoints, I wonder has the merger between Immigration and Customs at the checkpoint into ICA caused all the confusion. ICA is supposed to run the checkpoints but now there are also AETOS, the auxiliary police conducting the checks. Why are cases referred to Customs Officers when ICA is suppose to run the checkpoint operation.
