Aerosmith, PSY headline social media awards and concerts in Singapore

SINGAPORE — Get your wallets ready. In one week in May, Starcount — the social media network that measures your star power — will pull a galaxy of superstars into Singapore for its inaugural Social Star Awards.

The Social Star Awards will happen on Thursday, 23rd May, and promises to be a unique 24 hour event with an incredible 288 awards (one every 5 minutes) presented to the biggest stars and brands across the world. The Awards show at Marina Bay Sands will feature live performances from Aerosmith, CeeLo Green, PSY, and Blush.

Official Academy Awards Chef Wolfgang Puck's talented team from Cut will be on hand to create a four-course meal for some guests. While ticket prices for that experience are only available “upon request”, the next tier of ticket prices for the awards go for S$32,888 for a table of 10.

If that seems a little daunting, there are also non-dining tickets to the awards available, starting at a more reasonable S$388 each.

Then over the public holiday weekend, Starcount will present the The Singapore Social Concerts at the Gardens By the Bay with the same stellar lineup.

The Singapore Social will see full live sets from CeeLo Green, Blush and PSY on Friday 24th May, and Aerosmith on Saturday 25th May. General admission tickets for the 24th go for S$150 and tickets for the 25th go for S$165. Like the awards, there are also a host of hospitality packages available.
