Sony PlayStation Vita prices in Singapore slashed

SINGAPORE - Prices of the PlayStation Vita in Singapore have been slashed by at least S$100, Sony Entertainment has announced. Both the Wi-Fi and 3G/Wi-Fi models will now be available at a retail price of S$299, ahead of the launch of a new set of games for the platform this fall, Sony said in a statement today. The original launch prices were S$399.00 for the Wi-Fi model and S$469.00 for the 3G/Wi-Fi model. Some of the new titles to be launched for the PS Vita in the coming months include Ragnarok Odyssey ACE (English and Chinese Version) from GungHo Online Entertainment, Rayman Legends from Ubisoft, Killzone Mercenary, Destiny of Spirits:Asia and Tearaway from SCE Worldwide Studios, and TOUKIDEN (Chinese version) from TECMO KOEI GAMES.
