Singapore July FX reserves edges up in June

SINGAPORE -- Singapore’s foreign exchange reserves stood at US$261.1 billion in July, up from US$259.82 billion in June, the Dow Jones news agency cited the Monetary Authority of Singapore as saying.

In Singapore dollar terms, the July foreign exchange reserves were at S$332.63 billion, compared with S$329.63 billion in June, the central bank said.

MAS does not give reasons for the increase or decrease in its reserves.
