SINGAPORE — Local bands and singer-songwriters are set to be the focal point at a new music event here.
The City65 Music Festival will see a total of 13 acts — including Jack & Rai, Dru Chen, Falling Feathers, Stopgap and Kings — will be spread across two stages at Tin Hill Social Kitchen & Bar in Bukit Timah on April 15.
Organised by Mike’s Musician Friends, a Facebook community started by musician Mike Spinks, the aim is to bring together and support local musicians.
“Having actively supported and encouraged my young musician friends over the years, I wanted to take things one step further and put together a special show that would shine a light on these brilliant acts,” Spinks said in a press release.
Early-bird tickets are S$35 (available until March 31, includes one drink). The first 100 tickets sold also include a festival bag with swag. Standard tickets from April 1 are S$50. Admission is free for children under 12. Visit http://city65musicfestival2017.peatix.com
