Nathan Hartono and Milo hosting meet and greet this Saturday

The Sing! China runner up will be appearing with Milo van this Saturday at Bugis+.

SINGAPORE - Nathan Hartono is finally atttending his Milo party. Milo has announced on Thursday (Oct 13) that it is holding a meet and greet session with the Sing! China runner-up on Saturday ( Oct 15). The 25-year-old singer had famously joked about renting a fleet of Milo vans to treat Singaporeans to Milo if he wins the reality competition. And last Friday (Oct 7), Milo deployed its Milo van to Plaza SIngapura to cheer him on ahead of the finals that night.

Milo had also said last week that it's looking to mobilise its vans to the north, south, east, west and central districts of Singapore. And it's living up to the promise by first going to Bedok Mall, Level 1  (outdoor area next to the taxi stand), this Friday (Oct 14) from 11am to 7pm, and then  Bugis+, Level 1 Civic Plaza on Saturday (Oct 15) from 12pm to 8pm.

Hartono, who inspired this island-wide Milo van craze, will be there at Bugis+ from 3pm to 5pm on Saturday, too.

“The overwhelming response and support for Nathan Hartono and the Milo Van last Friday at Plaza Singapura has been immensely heartening,” said Mr Chow Phee Chat, Director, Marketing Communications and Corporate Affairs of Nestlé Singapore. “Milo has always strived to inculcate values such as perseverance and determination through sports and community events. It has been a fantastic year for local talents like Nathan, who have embodied these admirable values in their respective fields, inspiring us as a nation. This is really a way for us to show our recognition for their contributions and achievements."

Two other Milo vans will be deployed at other locations and details will be shared once plans are finalised.
