SINGAPORE — Omo Singapore! (That’s OMG in Korean) Feed your K-idol obsession next Friday, July 25, by getting up close and personal with heartthrob Song Seung-heon at City Square Mall. The pretty boy Oppa (older brother in Korean) — who shot to stardom thanks to his hugely popular TV dramas Autumn in my Heart, My Princess and Dr Jin — will be in Singapore to promote his risque new film Obsessed. This marks his first movie promotional tour in Singapore and his first foray into erotic cinema.

The provocative film (titled Human Addiction in Korean) is helmed by Untold Scandal director Kim Dae-woo and topped the Korean box office on its opening weekend last May. Song plays a colonel who gets involved in a forbidden but irresistible love affair with newbie actress Im Ji-yeon, risking everything that he has accomplished.

The meet-and-greet session is on July 25, Friday, 7.30pm, at Level B1, Fountain Square, City Square Mall.

Meanwhile, the gala premiere (with Song) will be held on the same day at Golden Village Vivocity at 9.30pm. Tickets are available at $50 and S$40 (for GV members) and comes with complimentary movie postcards (and one step to having your photo taken with the hunk himself).

You can start collecting your postcards from 7.40pm at the redemption counter outside the hall. The hall itself opens for admission at 8.40pm and if you missed the earlier meet-and-greet, there’s another session at 9pm before the movie starts. You must be 21 years and above to watch the movie, though.

Obsessed opens in cinemas on July 31.
