SEOUL — K-pop girl group 2NE1 will embark on a world tour in March next year, members Dara and Bom announced in a video posted on the quartet’s official YouTube channel yesterday (Nov 17).

The concert tour, which kicks off in Korea, will bring them to countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan.

They went on to reveal that 2NE1, which is made up of CL, Bom, Dara and Minzy, will release their new song Miss You, midnight on Thursday, “because this new song fits the late night atmosphere”.

“We cried a lot when we were recording the song and used a whole roll of paper,” said Dara.

“This song represents our inner emotional world,” said Bom.

In the video, the two also revealed that fellow group member Minzy has recorded a soon-to-be-released solo single. CHANNEL NEWSASIA
