All aboard for It’s The Ship floating music fest

SINGAPORE — It’s full steam ahead for music festival It’s The Ship, which announced the full-line-up for its five-day event that will take place on a cruise ship. Among the artistes are Basement Jaxx, Chvrches and Lil Jon, as well as a host of international and regional acts including Singapore’s Dualist Enquiry, Rave Republic and Yafifth.

SINGAPORE — It’s full steam ahead for music festival It’s The Ship, which announced the full-line-up for its five-day event that will take place on a cruise ship. Among the artistes are Basement Jaxx, Chvrches and Lil Jon, as well as a host of international and regional acts including Singapore’s Dualist Enquiry, Rave Republic and Yafifth.

Organised by the Livescape Group, the event will take place onboard Royal Caribbean International’s Voyager Of The Seas cruise ship. It will set sail on Nov 21 from the Marina Bay Cruise Centre and return on Nov 25. Mid-way through the trip, on Nov 23, it will dock in Langkawi for a beach party hosted by Lil Jon.

The festival is expected to attract over 3,800 people. Prices for cabins on board the ship range from US$430 (S$538) to US$4,000, and are inclusive of meals and free use of the ship’s facility. Registration and cabin sales closes on Nov 1. For more information, visit http://www.itstheship.com.
