SINGAPORE — Are you feeling Wonderful Tonight?

Multi-award winning musician, singer and songwriter Eric Clapton will be performing at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on March 4 for his 2014 world tour, Live Nation Lushington has announced.

Clapton, who celebrates 50 years in the music business this year, is the only triple inductee into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and has won or shared in 18 Grammy Awards. Earlier this year, Clapton also released Old Sock, his first studio album since 2010. The album features two new original songs, and a collection of some of his favourite songs.

The British performer’s upcoming concert here will be his fourth in Singapore, following his very first show in 1990 for his Journeyman tour and his sold-out shows at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in 2007 and 2011. Yes, it’s time to get singing to Slowhand’s greatest hits — Layla, Tears In Heaven, Wonderful Tonight, I Shot The Sheriff, Change The World, Crossroads — with the man himself. Hon Jing Yi
