Hunter Hayes visits CHIJ
SINGAPORE - It started out as another ordinary day at school. But at CHIJ-Toa Payoh, things got a little rowdy towards the end? Why?
SINGAPORE - It started out as another ordinary day at school. But at CHIJ-Toa Payoh, things got a little rowdy towards the end? Why?
Because the school won a voting competition (organised by 987FM and Warner Music) to have pop sensation Hunter Hayes pop by. CHIJ-Toa Payoh scored the highest, with 1,200 student votes. So it was that the singer turned up at the schools’ auditorium for a short performance and a Q&A session.
The performance was halted for a while when a technical glitch occured, but Hayes nevertheless soldiered on. During the Q&A games session, those who answered correctly scored tickets to see Hayes’ showcase tonight at the Star Terrace. Some fortunate ones even got to hug their idol.
