She last performed here at that very same venue 14 years ago. Carey’s concert here is on the back of her latest album, Me. I Am Mariah… The Elusive Chanteuse.

SINGAPORE — Five-time Grammy award winner and worldwide sensation Mariah Carey will be back to wow Singapore fans at the new National Stadium on October 24 this year. She last performed here at that very same venue 14 years ago. Carey’s concert here is on the back of her latest album, Me. I Am Mariah… The Elusive Chanteuse.
The best-selling female artiste of all time has sold 200 million albums to date and scored 18 No 1 Billboard chart hits. She also took home five Grammy Awards.
With her distinctive five-octave vocal range, Carey evolutionised the modern pop performance and carved a name for herself with her hits such as Vision Of Love, Always Be My Baby, Hero and Touch My Body. She recently appeared the BAFTA-nominated Lee Daniel’s The Butler.
