SINGAPORE — Fans of Korean dramas are in for a treat with a special concert next week that is all about theme songs from their favourite shows.
Korean Drama OST Night will be held on April 22 at The Star Theatre and holding court will be the reigning royalty of K-drama songs, Baek Z Young and K.Will, who will be performing in Singapore for the first time.
Veteran ballad singer Baek Z Young is known for performing the theme songs from Secret Garden, Rooftop Prince, Iris, Good Doctor and this year’s Hyde, Jekyll, Me.
Meanwhile, K.Will has sung the theme songs from dramas You Who Came From The Stars, King 2 Hearts, Brilliant Legacy and Pinocchio.
The concert will also include a segment on songs from classic shows from the early 2000s, including Winter Sonata, Stairway To Heaven, Goong, Full House, and movies such as My Sassy Girl. These will be performed by K-pop duo GB9 and U Sung Eun from The Voice Of Korea.
