Refund hours are from 10am to 8pm from Monday to Saturday, and 12pm to 8pm on Sundays and public holidays.

The Australian leg of the 2015 Tour is unaffected and will proceed as planned, the statement said. Other cancelled shows in Asia include Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong.

Williams was set to return to Singapore just over a year after his headlining concert at the 2014 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix.

He has since sold over 70 million albums worldwide and won a record 17 BRIT awards. Known for his hit songs such as Angels, Rock DJ and Feel, he also released a surprise, online-only album last year titled Under the Radar Volume 1.
