American actor Josh McDermitt was in town for press interviews - and for a food tour. Just for fun, we made him choose between two meaty food options in a quick-fire round of questions. We use the word “food” loosely, of course.

Q: WHICH WOULD YOU RATHER EAT — AN ARM OR A LEG?

A: Leg. There’s more meat.

Q: LIVER OR KIDNEY?

A: Liver. I’ve had duck liver, so I’m just going to go with liver because I don’t know which liver I’m going to eat, but a kidney — I don’t know about that.

Q: TONGUE OR TRIPE?

A: I’m going to go with tongue ... Maybe because the tongue’s not going to smell as bad as tripe.

Q: SNAILS OR BEETLES?

A: Snails. I’ve had snails before. Escargots, as they say in France. I love snails, especially with a little bit of butter and maybe a croissant.

Q: HORSE SASHIMI OR LIVE OCTOPUS?

A: Horse sashimi? Like a real horse? I’m going to go with horse sashimi because I don’t want to put anything that’s alive in my mouth.

Q: AIRPLANE FOOD OR VEGAN BROWNIES?

A: Vegan brownies. I’m going all the way with vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free brownies. You can win your way to my heart through my stomach and that’s with dessert.
