SINGAPORE — Chances are you are celebrating your Deepavali at home with family, or gathered with your friends on their couch. That means your telly will be an integral part of the party. You won’t be disappointed this year by Vasantham, which has a specially planned Deepavali line-up of blockbuster movies and television specials.

“Vasantham is not just a channel to entertain during Deepavali — it has become part of the celebration at home. Vasantham viewers look forward to our Deepavali programme line-up. We make it a point to engage the viewers on air, online and on the ground at least a month before Deepavali, to kick-start the festivities,” said Dr Chitra Rajaram, Head, Community Segment, Mediacorp.

“This has proved successful in past years, with positive feedback and high ratings... Even the breaks in between programmes provide festive cheer to our viewers.”
