PAP launches GE2015 manifesto

SINGAPORE — The People's Action Party (PAP) is launching its manifesto for the 2015 General Election (GE) today (Aug 29). The event begins at 10am.

SINGAPORE — The People's Action Party (PAP) launched its manifesto for the 2015 General Election (GE) today (Aug 29).

The launch event was held at Infinite Studios this morning with about 1,000 party members and activists in attendance.

In his speech, PAP secretary-general Mr Lee Hsien Loong, who is also the Prime Minister, called for Singaporeans to give him and his team a clear mandate to bring Singapore forward. Other speakers at the event included new candidates former chief of defence force Ng Chee Meng, lawyer K Muralihadran and sitting Members of Parliament Tin Pei Ling and Charles Chong.
