Mum knows best. That adage couldn’t be truer for Christabel Chua when it comes to achieving enviable crystal-clear and radiant skin.

Growing up, the 26-year-old digital content creator — who is known by her online handle bellywellyjelly — would watch her mother Judy Han get ready for bed with child-like wonder.

“My mum used this beautiful bottle of clear liquid and she told me how good it was for her skin,” said Christabel, who was eight years old when she started observing Judy’s skincare regime.

The beauty blogger was intrigued because her mother always handled the bottle delicately. “I was excited to grow up and try it for myself one day,” she said.
