Pickering’s signature Lime Restaurant introduces its new offering of What The Shell, a seafood buffet extravaganza (S$99++ per adult; S$55++ per child). Diners can treat themselves to seafood creations like Seafood Bouillabaisse, Lobster on ice, and Gratinated Escargots with Pesto Sauce. Pickering also offers a repertoire of Asian-styled food like Flower Crab and Shellfish Claypot Congee, Gong Bao Prawn with Dried Chili and Cashew Nuts, and Lime’s signature Maine Lobster Laksa. An outdoor barbecue is available as well, where diners can savour fresh seafood flame-grilled to perfection to create dishes like Half-Shelled Scallops and Oysters with Bonito Soy Butter, and Drunken Whole Tiger Prawns with Salt. SHOKUTSU TEN JAPANESE FOOD STREET

Shokutsu Ten Japanese Food Street at Jurong Point introduces two new concepts: Irodori Food Alley and Shabu-ichi Hokkaido Hotpot Buffet. Indori Food Alley’s offerings includes the Ichiban Bento (S$10.80), where diners can choose their side dishes - breaded egg, gyoza and pickles, or pumpkin nimono and pickles - to go with the Salmon Teriyaki. Other offerings include Idaten Udon (S$6.60), a bowl of plain soup udon with a half-boiled egg; Wadori, with five new Yakitori selections of Quail Egg Tsukune (S$2.30), Fried Tofu and Pork Belly (S$2.30), Green or Red Chili Pork Belly Yaki (S$2), and Jumbo Chicken with Pork Belly (S$3.50). Located at Jurong Point Shopping Centre, Irodori Food Alley #B1-49. Diners can also experience the Hokkaido Style hotpot dining at Shabu-ichi Hokkaido Hotpot Buffet (S$18.90++ per pax for weekday lunch; S$20.90++ per pax for dinner). OXWELL & CO UNVEILS BRAND NEW APOTHECARY BAR

Oxwell & Co opens its doors to the new Apothecary Bar, a gastro bar serving up several specially concocted elixirs. Some potions on offer include the Croak and Wheeze Relief, made of Glenfiddich, a 12 year-old whisky infused with honey sage syrup, citrus and orange bitters; Pearly White Polish consists of Balvenie whisky combined with elderflower, grapefruit soda and house made raspberry toothpaste. Other alternatives include Fennicilin, made of Monkey Shoulder Whisky, Islay Malt Whisky, honey fennel syrup, root ginger and citrus; and Sailor Painkiller that is made of Sailor Jerry Rum, cream of coconut, pineapple, palm sugar and nutmeg. EARLE SWENSEN’S NEW MENU

Distinguishing itself from its sister restaurant chain Swensen’s, Earle Swensen’s offers a dining experience with premium seafood and meats. The new menu includes starters like Shrimply the Best (S$9.90), which is a deep-fried breaded shrimp flaked with desiccated coconut. Mains include Pineapple Beef Rendang Baked Rice (S$23.90), which is lemongrass-infused rice baked in cream sauce with mozzarella and cheddar, and topped with minced beef rendang and pickled pineapple. Alternatively, diners can opt for a lighter palate of Smoked Duck Wrap (S$23.50) with Hoisin bean sauce, or a Boston Lobster Roll (S$34.90), with a whole poached Boston lobster in a buttered toasted bun. For desserts, try the Mocha Affogato (S$12.50) with vanilla gelato crowned in chocolate and mini ice cream cone. Available at all Earle Swensen’s outlets from now to August 2018.

PEZZO INTRODUCES PUMP’D UP CHEESE PIZZA

Pezzo’s Cheesy Cheese pizza lovers can now look forward to the homegrown pizza chain’s newly launched Pump’d Up Cheese pizza. Pezzo’s new creation is a melted combination of five different cheeses – Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Italian Mascarpone, Parmesan, Mozzarella and Nachos cheese. Available in slices (S$5.90 each) or a pan (S$29.90), from now to October 10. Located at all Pezzo outlets, except Changi Airport Terminal 2.
