Once Upon a Time in Asia: The Story Tree

This children’s exhibition focuses on engaging young children through play. Emphasis is also placed on extending the exhibition to adults for a deeper and meaningful engagement. In essence, the exhibition is about translating the idea of the tree of life, a complex but meaningful archetype, into something fun and accessible by igniting interest and curiosity.

Explore and create original interactive ensembles inspired by the artwork in the museum’s collection, and visit the work of a contemporary artist, which underscores how tradition could be re-interpreted to make the past relevant and accessible in the present.

Until Nov 2, Asian Civilisations Museum. Free admission. http://www.acm.org.sg
