Honey Creme launches two brand new flavours in time for Chinese New Year

SINGAPORE — Just when you thought the queues for latest soft-serve obsession could not get any longer, it just did.

SINGAPORE — Just when you thought the queues for latest soft-serve obsession could not get any longer, it just did.

Honey Creme, the popular Korean-style soft serve chain from Taiwan is ushering in the Lunar New Year with the launch of two brand new flavours.

The popular brand which opened its Singapore outlet in October last year at 313@Somerset (#01-37) now boast new additions — Honey Creme Alishan Milk Tea ($5.50) and Honey Creme Yuan Yang (S$6) — both of which incorporates a rich, milk tea formula made from fragrant black tea from the famed Alishan region in Taiwan.

An inspired take on the bubble tea craze in Singapore, the Alishan Milk Tea is a textured parfait of alternating layers of honey-coated pearls and cookie crumbs with an added shot of espresso in the Yuan Yang.

And it doesn’t end there. Honey Creme will be upping the ante on their signature handmade ice cream with a future announcement of locally inspired flavours to their menu.

For one day only on January 28, Honey Creme will be having a 1-for-1 promotion* for the launch of the Chinese New Year duo. For an additional crunch, be sure to ask for their new almond crisp topping (S$0.80 per piece) exclusive to the Alishan Milk Tea only.

*Enjoy two Alishan Milk Teas or two Yuan Yangs for the price of one (or opt for one of each at S$6).
