MELT’S A THOUSAND LOBSTERS BUFFET

Seafood aficionados will love this buffet (S$198+ per person or S$228+ with alcohol drinks) featuring 1,000 lobsters cooked and prepared in more than 20 ways every night. Served with an oven-browned cheese crust and drizzled with a creamy white wine sauce, the cook-to-order lobster thermidor is not to be missed.

SUMMER PALACE’S NEW DIM SUM CREATIONS

Highlights for Master Chef Leong Kwok Sing’s new dim sum creations are the delicate-skinned steamed lobster dumplings topped with caviar ($9) and the deep fried sesame ball with molten chocolate ($6) — the chef’s dim sum take on the chocolate lava cake.
