A TASTE OF ISHIKAWA AT KEYAKI, PAN PACIFIC SINGAPORE
Ishikawa food culture will take centrestage at Japanese restaurant Keyaki as Pan Pacific Singapore brings back the popular promotion for the second year. Running till Dec 16 and curated by Master Chef Hiroshi Ishii, culinary highlights from the promotion include the Noto Beef, characterised by its soft texture with high quality fat, and the Kanou-gani, a Snow Crab that is famed for its delicately sweet meat. Complement the dining experience with specially imported sakes, Okunoto no Shiragiku Junmai Ginjyo and Okunoto no Shiragiku Junmai Sake, that are brewed in Ishioka. Located at 7 Raffles Boulevard. INSTAGRAMMABLE COFFEE AT O’COFFEE CLUB
O’Coffee Club is offering personalised coffee prints with your brew. With every order of selected hot or cold beverages at their outlet, diners will be able to enjoy a cup of coffee with their customised print on it. Using 100 per cent coffee extract made from a blend of high-quality Arabica and Robusta coffee beans, the gourmet coffee chain’s ripple machine prints any image on top of any milk-frothed surface in 15 seconds or less. To have their desired prints on the coffee, diners simply have to download the Coffee Ripples app on their smartphones via the Apple or Google Play store. In the app, they may upload a photo of their choice or select one from the app’s extensive photo library, thereafter submitting it to be printed. INDIAN-INSPIRED COCKTAILS AT NEW BAR MAZIGA SHOTS BAR
A new shots bar has opened in the heart of Clarke Quay. Titled Maziga Shots Bar, the bar will feature a selection of signature Indian-inspired cocktails that are the perfect complement to the authentic Indian street food available on its menu, which include Maziga Pasta Fries and Amritsari Fish Fingers. New Delhi Bar Manager Pawan Gayal has infused some of India’s exotic flavours to bring to diners an array of cocktails such as The Chuski Margarita, which has a refreshing touch of aam panna, green mango, and the Chai Pani Shot, an unusual blend of vodka, Earl Grey Tea, passionfruit, Kahlua and a dash of apple juice. DING DONG INTRODUCES ROLLING SET LUNCH
Known for their unique Asian-inspired creations, diners can expect a rolling variety of creative and unique offerings from Ding Dong. Rolling out new set lunch menus every eight weeks, diners can expect to find dishes such as the Adobo duck rilette served with atchara and pandesal bun — a modern take on a flavour reminiscent to all Filipinos and a full-bodied Wagyu beef striploin served with buah keluak sambal and seasonal mushrooms to whet their appetite. Ding Dong’s two-course set lunch menu is priced at S$28++ per person.
