GOOD EARTH MENU AT BUONA TERRA. This specially tailored degustation menu by Chef Denis, crafted to one’s dietary preferences, boasts eight to ten dishes made with some of the season’s freshest produce. KYOTO-INSPIRED FLAVOURS AT LEWIN TERRACE. It’s time for a fresh blend at this Japanese-French restaurant. NOVEL TEA TIME TREATS. Showcasing uniquely Singaporean flavours, The Clifford Pier is collaborating with local chef Shermay Lee, curating a Singapore Heritage Afternoon Tea set. SAKAE SUSHI GOES FUSION WITH A NEW MENU. Inspired by an array of flavours from around the world, the new menu features over 120 new selections. Featuring its distinctive homemade ultra-thin noodles served in rich and flavourful tonkotsu (pork bone) broth, the dish (S$12) is prepared with shio dare (salt sauce).
