ALL-NEW SUNDAY CHAMPAGNE BRUNCH AT PAN PACIFIC SINGAPORE. Aside from the seven interactive live food theatres, boasting up to 16 stations offering refreshed and signature premium delights and three exciting cocktail bars, Edge’s new brunch features a decadent new caviar bar to complement the spread of seafood on ice including Alaskan king crab and freshly shucked oysters and a new live Peking duck station. The four-hour-long feast features a revitalised spread that also includes hay smoked whole baby lamb, hazelnut crusted foie gras, duck and crayfish satay and Nandu crab biryani. From S$118 per adult (includes unlimited fresh juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea) to S$198 with unlimited Veuve Clicquot rose champagne, a selection of red and white wines and international beers, and selected cocktails. SPRING AT LE BISTROT DU SOMMELIER. With morels in abundance this time of year, the restaurant has introduced two new dishes that celebrate the mushroom’s earthy flavours: An entree of breaded veal sweet breads, morel mushrooms and bechamel wrapped with ham on a skewer (S$26++), and a dish of white wine braised Canadian pork belly served with wild mushroom ravioli and melted leeks (S$36++). Another spring favourite hopping onto the menu is the lapin a la moutarde (S$40++) — rabbit braised in mustard, white wine and cream served with baby potatoes. Call 6333 1982.

HEARTY MEALS AT NINJA BOWL. Opened by the folk behind Chillax Cafe and Babette Restaurant & Bar, this new addition to the Duxton Road dining enclave offers an extensive menu filled with unique all-day brunch options, sandwiches and, yes, Ninja Bowls. These Japanese-inspired bowls feature items such as aburi chashu (torched pork belly) and yaki unagi (grilled eel) with the option to pad them up with quinoa or orzo pasta, too. The Noka bowl (S$14), for example, boasts slices of beef cheek braised for 24 hours in veal jus and homemade soy sauce. The Tsukiji bowl (S$16) comprises pan-seared tuna tataki, asparagus and edamame tossed in lemon juice and sesame oil. The traditional brunch staple of poached eggs and smashed avocado on toast is reinterpreted in the Tonkotsu Spirit (S$16), which also has aburi chashu pork belly and melted cheddar toast. Call 6222 8055.

A NIGHT OF CHARCUTERIE AND CHEESE AT INTERCONTINENTAL SINGAPORE.
