3 Ways To Style a LBD
You grouse about having a wardrobe full of clothes and yet there's never anything to wear. We get it — seeing the same pieces hanging in your closet day after day can rouse ennui even in the Rachel-I-have-a-warehouse-full-of-clothes-Zoes of the world. You're not alone.
The trick, my soigné readers, is to invest in basic (not to be confused with boring) pieces that, with a little creativity, can be styled in myriad ways so that they can take you from the office one day to a rock concert or a dinner date on another. But let's walk the talk. We dressed style blogger/sXs community member Trishna G up in a faux-leather mini slip tunic dress fromDKNY's Fall/Winter2014 collection, and created three very different looks with it — in addition to donning it on its own for a fourth.
