SINGAPORE — This clip shaped in the form of a Peony is one of the pieces in the upcoming exhibition Van Cleef & Arpels: The Art And Science Of Gems at the ArtScience Museum. The clip, finished in platinum and gold with an arrangement of 640 square Burmese rubies and 239 diamonds, was once in the collection of Princess Faiza of Egypt. The exhibition, which will begin on April 23, will showcase over 400 pieces of jewellery from both the collections of the French jewellery house and those of private collectors. DON WONG
