SINGAPORE - After a successful debut last year, the PUMA Night Run will return on Oct 17 with a new scenic route along Marina Barrage to challenge your stride.
Gabriel Yap, head of marketing at PUMA Southeast Asia, said: “We received positive feedback about how surprisingly challenging last year’s running route was and we want to maintain that element of fun and thrill. With this year’s route now against our iconic Marina Bay backdrop, we are excited to bring the run into the heart of the city where runners will be able to immerse themselves in the cool city vibe. We also have an exciting line-up of post-run activities in store for all participants – one of which is our lucky draw where the winner will stand a chance to win a pair of return air tickets to anywhere in Europe.”
If that isn’t enticing enough, you can take home up to S$10,000 worth of prizes if you are one of the top three fastest male or female runners in the 10km race.
For the rest of the pack, you can rub shoulders with your favourite local male and female celebrities such as Elvin Ng, Carrie Wong and Nick Teo; or enjoy musical performances put up by Tosh Zhang, Joshua Tan and Bunz; as well as other night-time activities and games.
You can sign up at http://puma-nightrun.com.sg (limited to 6,000 runners). Registration closes on Sept 20.
