Reebonz offer the ‘Royale’ treatment

SINGAPORE — Reebonz, the brand best known for its large range of luxury products, has taken “privileged accessibility” to a new level with its latest online intiative, Royale.

“With Reebonz, we bridged the gap between luxury and affordability, making sought-after brands like Prada, Celine and Saint Laurent accessible to the mass affluent. Royale by Reebonz seeks to fulfil the desires of high-net-worth individuals who expect access to items and experiences that money alone can’t buy, explained Samuel Lim, CEO of Reebonz.

The website (http://royale.reebonz.com.sg) kicked off with an online private sales event on July 21, where visitors to the site managed to get a first-hand look at rare pieces from iconic luxury brands like Hermes, Chanel, Rolex and Audemars Piguet, with most of them being limited-edition pieces, such as the exotic skin Hermes Birkins (which were meticulously sourced and specially hand-carried to Singapore by Royale’s team of merchandisers).

According to Daniel Lim, Co-founder and Head Merchandiser of Reebonz: “The merchandise on Royale has been specially curated for the discerning luxury consumer. Not only are they highly coveted pieces; they also have strong investment value because of the scarcity and demand for such pieces. Royale promises instant gratification for the desires of our high-net-worth members.”

Members may choose to either schedule a private viewing appointment to have a look at their item of interest or proceed to make an online purchase and secure their luxury investment. In the coming months, Royale will also launch an online auction capability. Interested members will be able to bid from the comfort of their own homes for exquisite luxury collectibles that otherwise tend to only grace auctions held by international auction houses.

But it’s not just buyers the website is targetting. Individuals looking to part with their growing collection of seldom-used luxury assets can also turn to Royale to offer their items up for sale. This includes having a complimentary valuation estimate and an “all-taken-care-of selling experience”.

According to the press statement, a successful transaction through Royale immediately grants access to services reserved strictly for this group of high-net-worth spenders. Other services offered include the White Glove premium concierge service, and Relationship Managers see to it that every item receives expert appraisal and valuation services from a team of in-house category specialists.

You get the Royale treatment, in other words.
