SINGAPORE — Originally created as a collection for avid cyclists in Fall 2012, the Levi’s Commuter Series has evolved into a true head-to-toe lifestyle collection that’s designed to take the urban worker from day to night.

Catering to the needs of the modern urban cyclist, the Spring 2014 Levi’s Commuter Series is packed with features that range from being weather- and stain-resistant to incorporating antimicrobial properties. Technologically advanced without compromising style, we take a closer look.

JEANS AND PANTS

With a higher rise that provides coverage while riding, the bottoms are fashioned out of advanced stretch denim for maximum mobility and comfort. For durability, they’re reinforced in the seat, pockets and belt loops. You are also well protected from odours, thanks to an antimicrobial technology, and reflective tapes on the side seams ensure you’re visible to motorists.

OUTERWEAR AND JACKETS

Both windproof and waterproof, these jackets come with thermo-regulating technology that will keep you warm when it’s cold and cold when it’s warm. Similar to the pants, these also have reflective tape along the pockets, hood and back. The clean and urban design makes these great for exuding an effortless casual-chic vibe, be it while riding or commuting to work.

SHIRT

Made from performance-woven fabric, these slim fit shirts repel water and absorb perspiration. Its gusseted shoulders offer mobility and an extended tail provides cover while riding. KENNETH CHOY
