Como Shambhala announces Bhutan Yoga Retreats

Singapore wellness centre Shambhala has organised a seven-day, six-night yoga retreat in Bhutan. At the retreat, hosted by leading Como Shambhala Urban Escape Singapore yoga instructors Lynn Yeo and Sumei Shum, travellers will spend two nights at 12-room luxury lodge Como Uma Punakha and four nights at Como Uma Paro.

The package costs USD$4,380 (S$6,193.80) per person, inclusive of a 60-minute Como Shambhala Signature Massage and five yoga sessions with Yeo and Shum. All meals will be provided.

The immersive experience will take travellers to places such as Bhutan’s iconic Taktsang Lhakhang — the holy temple situated on a cliff face 900m above the Paro Valley.

Another visit will be to the one of the oldest temples in the kingdom, Kyichu Lhakhang, built in the 7th century.

The yoga retreats run from June 11 to June 17, or from June 18 to June 24. Visit www.Comoshambhala.com/singapore/retreats/bhutan-yoga-retreat-lynn-and-sumei for more information.
