To celebrate its fourth anniversary, Gillman Barracks, Singapore’s visual-arts cluster, is having open house events over two days. The inaugural Supermama Porcelain Festival, inspired by the rich porcelain culture and heritage in Arita, Japan, is also going on at the same time. Be sure to stay for the signature Art After Dark event curated by Nanyang Technological University’s Centre of Contemporary Arts. It is featuring multi-disciplinary mono-drama, The Expansive Debt by Teater Ekamatra, as well as live music acts by homegrown musician Vandetta.

Resorts World Sentosa is presenting Halloween Horror Nights 6 at Universal Studios Singapore for the sixth year. This time around, the theme park will see the first-ever theatrical procession inspired by the Day of the Dead procession. The Dyslexia Association of Singapore (DAS) turns 25 this year with a carnival to enrich and educate the public on the condition.
