SINGAPORE CHINESE FILM FESTIVAL

Celebrate Chinese cinema with a selection of feature films, documentaries and short films including Ten Years, Zinnia Flower and Blind Massage. This year, the Singapore Chinese Film Festival will also feature a section on films about Chinese cinema, which includes works by Hou Hsiao Hsien and Jia Zhangke. Until May 8 at various locations. WOMEN: NEW PORTRAITS

Famed photographer Annie Leibovitz’s new exhibition WOMEN: New Portraits will feature work from her original series of photographs from 1999, as well as other works taken since. Entrance to the exhibition is free. Until May 22 at Tanjong Pagar Railway Station.

SHAKESPEARE IN THE PARK: ROMEO & JULIET

SINGAPORE COMEDY FRINGE FESTIVAL 2016

Presented by The Comedy Club Asia, this five-day comedy event will feature some of the biggest talents in standup comedy, including Harith Iskander from Malaysia, Paul Ogata from the USA, Pete Johansson from Canada, Matt Kirshen from the UK and others.
