Megadeth to play in Singapore May 2, 2017

SINGAPORE – Heavy metal band Megadeth is set to return to Singapore next year on May 2, and will play at the Kallang Theatre.

SINGAPORE – Heavy metal band Megadeth is set to return to Singapore next year on May 2, and will play at the Kallang Theatre. 

Tickets are priced at S$108, S$118, S$138 and S$158 and will go on sale next Wendesday (Dec 21) at 9am via the SISTIC hotline and SISTIC agents.

The American rock and metal band released their latest studio album, Dystopia in January this year and went on to take the number three spot on the Billboard Top 200 alongside Adele and Justin Bieber. 

Founded by singer-songwriter and guitarist, Dave Mustaine in 1983, Megadeth has sold more than 38 million albums worldwide, earning numerous accolades including 12 Grammy nominations. 

Known for their politically charged anthems like Holy Wars and Peace Sells, Megadeth last came to Singapore in 2012, where they played at the Fort Canning Park.
