How is the PAssion POSB Debit Card different from other cards?

How is the PAssion POSB Debit Card different from other cards?

The PAssion POSB Debit Card* is a versatile MasterCard card that can be used in several ways.

You can use it as your primary ATM card to access all your POSB accounts. You’ll be able to perform a variety of ATM transactions like topping up your cashcard and withdrawing or transferring money.

You can use NETS to pay for your local purchases or debit from your POSB account using the MasterCard network for local and overseas transactions. The PAssion POSB Debit Card can even be used for online purchases.

In addition, you can use the card as an ez-link card for your transportation needs. You’ll also be able to use it to collect points on the TapForMore Rewards Programme.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THE PASSION POSB DEBIT CARD?

Since it’s a debit card, there is no minimum income requirement. So people who do not qualify for a credit card, like teens who are at least 16 years old, full-time National Servicemen, and retirees can benefit from the card’s perks. Since the money is debited directly from your account, you don’t have to worry about overspending.

How can I benefit from the Rewards Programme?

The PAssion POSB Debit Card allows you to earn reward points that can be used to offset purchases.

There’s no minimum spend required and every dollar spent at Cold Storage supermarkets, Giant or Guardian Health & Beauty stores across the island earns you a point. Every 150 points is equivalent to S$1 at these outlets.

What’s more, if you’re already a PAssion Card member and you apply for the PAssion POSB Debit Card, your existing points will be transferred to your new card.
