Mr Tay Soo Kiang could not believe his luck when he received news that he had won S$10,000 in the TODAY Shop to Win weekly draw. It was coincidental that he had bought from Watsons and saw that the retailer was also the merchant of the week. The 49-year-old bought toiletries for his daughter and himself at Watsons @ Hougang One. Mr Tay said he would spend some of the prize money on a meal with his family.
