27-year-old man arrested for molesting 3 teenage boys in Clementi

SINGAPORE — A 27-year-old man was arrested on Thursday (June 29) for allegedly molesting three boys in the vicinity of Clementi Avenue 3.

SINGAPORE — A 27-year-old man was arrested on Thursday (June 29) for allegedly molesting three boys in the vicinity of Clementi Avenue 3.

According to the police, the victims made reports between June 21 and 26 that they were molested by an unknown man.

TODAY understands that the victims were teenagers. They were allegedly molested at Housing Development Board (HDB) blocks, as well as near the Clementi bus interchange.

Through extensive ground enquiries, officers from Clementi Police Division established the identity of the suspect and arrested him in the same area.

If convicted, the suspect could be jailed up to two years, fined, caned, or any combination of the three penalties.
