Certis CISCO guard accidentally fires shot at Changi Airport; no injuries reported

SINGAPORE – An auxiliary police officer accidentally fired a gun at Changi Airport early Friday (Sept 15) morning. 

According to a statement from Certis CISCO, the incident occurred at 5:45am, at a restricted staff-only rest area situated outside of Changi Airport's perimeter fence, and away from the passenger terminals.

It added that no one was hurt. On whether there is disciplinary action against the officer, CISCO said that police investigations are ongoing.
